This program will give you the broad-based knowledge and skills you need to manage the day-to-day operations of a small business, solve problems creatively, and participate successfully in teamwork. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duration of Study: <\/strong>A <strong>comprehensive <\/strong>and diverse curriculum totaling 120 ECTS credits (lasting an average of 2 years).<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2\" style=\"color:#0a7937\"><strong>What exactly do you study and do?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service: You will learn <\/strong>to create marketing plans, carry out sales processes, develop new products, and communicate with customers (including resolving complaints and gathering feedback).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organizing Production and Purchasing: You&#8217;ll <\/strong>learn how to plan the resources needed for production, organize logistics, select suppliers, and monitor inventory levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Management: You will learn <\/strong>how to set goals, plan activities, motivate employees, and foster a positive organizational culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accounting and Finance: You will be able to <\/strong>prepare source documents for accounting, budgets, and financial plans, and calculate the cost of goods and selling prices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital Skills and Administrative Tasks: You use <\/strong>various computer programs, cloud services, and online platforms with ease in your work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Real-world work experience: <\/strong>An integral part <strong>of the program <\/strong>is an extensive internship (30 ECTS credits) at a major company, where you will apply all the knowledge you have gained in school in a real-world work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3\" style=\"color:#0a7937\"><strong>Course Options<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This broad-based program does not offer separate areas of specialization. However, you can choose 18 ECTS credits worth of exciting elective courses that align with your personal interests: for example, the basics of project work, innovation and creativity, employment contract law in practice, the legal foundations of consumer protection, or professional English and Russian. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4\" style=\"color:#0a7937\"><strong>Is this field right for you?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A prerequisite for beginning studies is having completed secondary education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This position is a good fit for you if you\u2019re proactive, able to manage your work independently, solution-oriented, and enjoy communicating with others and working as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The program is very flexible\u2014it offers part-time study (session-based) and work-based learning (apprenticeship), which makes it easy to balance work and study.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5\" style=\"color:#0a7937\"><strong>Where to next?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program concludes with a professional examination, which includes the presentation and defense of a personal e-portfolio before a committee.
