Date June 9	Activities Notification of the Decision	Additional Information The school will send an invitation to enroll to all candidates who were accepted in the first round. The recipient of the invitation must confirm their enrollment within the next three calendar days.

Document Submission

Documents can be submitted via the SAIS information system (www.sais.eelink opens in a new window), via the school’s email address vastuvott@ewers.ee, or in person at the Võru County Education and Technology Center.

Documents are accepted on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (From August 1–2, 2026, documents will be accepted only through the sais.ee portal).

To begin your studies, you must submit:

application (can also be filled out on site)
a copy of a document certifying education or a report card/extract from the student record;
a copy of an identification document;
in the event of a name change, a copy of the document certifying the name change;
written consent from a parent or legal guardian if the prospective student is a minor— parent consent form
