If you have been admitted to the school and would like a spot in the dormitory, you can sign a lease agreement with Malle Liiv, the dormitory director (Dormitory No. 1, Room 119), starting August 18, 2026. For students entering based on their elementary school grades, a parent must be present when signing the contract.
Once the contract has been signed, a security deposit must be paid into the Ministry of Finance’s bank account:
Housing lease agreements are signed for one academic year. Anyone who wishes to continue living in student housing during the next academic year must renew their lease BEFORE June 30.
