Pille is an integration specialist with 25 years of experience who has brought young people from all over Estonia together through various projects and family education programs. In her free time, however, you’re sure to find this radiant woman—who loves painting and history—spending the night at one of Estonia’s beautiful manor houses—and don’t be surprised if one day she ends up running a historic guesthouse herself!
When Viibeke isn’t busy greeting guests with a warm smile as the hotel receptionist, she plays the karmoška and accordion so joyfully—accompanied by song—that it makes your feet itch to dance. She’s a true master of creating a lively atmosphere, effortlessly combining impeccable customer service with fiery musical performances!

Indrek is EWERS’s very own digital and mental wellness guru! He combines his knowledge of psychology and the digital world with the same playful ease with which he passes the ball on the court. When he’s not honing the school community’s digital skills and helping them find inner peace, you’ll most likely find him on the basketball or volleyball court—always playing with gusto and spreading good vibes!
