Machine Tool Technology (Level 4 Applied Secondary Education)
This program, which begins after middle school, provides you with both a solid secondary education and top-level skills that will make you a true expert in the job market. Today’s metalworking industry is a clean, high-tech world where smart computer programs and ultra-precise equipment take precedence over physical strength. This program is also an excellent fit for girls, since what matters here isn’t physical strength, but logical thinking, design sense, and precision.
What exactly do you study and do?
3D Design and Software: You will learn to create precise 2D drawings and three-dimensional 3D models on a computer, as well as to write control programs for machines.
Smart CNC Machines: You’ll learn how to set up and program modern computer-controlled lathes and milling machines.
Laser and Plasma Cutting: You will learn how to cut sheet metal using CNC lasers and how to operate plasma and gas cutting equipment.
The Art of Welding: Try Your Hand at MIG/MAG, Manual Arc, and TIG Welding.
Measurement and Product Assembly: You will learn to read complex drawings and inspect products using modern measuring instruments.
