Duration of study: 4 years of full-time, school-based instruction combined with high school courses

What exactly do you study and do?

Customer Service and Communication: You will learn the principles of customer-centered service, assertiveness, active listening, and constructive conflict resolution.

Event Management and Logistics: You’ll learn how to plan events, prepare budgets, and conduct risk assessments.

Food and Beverages: You will learn how to prepare food and serve beverages.

Safety and Digital Hygiene: Skills for handling various emergency situations, fire safety rules, and the basics of personal data protection.
